ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using MockMaster ("the App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use govern your day-to-day use of the App and are intended to complement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and the developer of MockMaster. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

PURPOSE OF THE APP

MockMaster is designed to be a personal interview preparation tool. It generates AI-powered practice interview questions based on job descriptions you provide, records your spoken answers, transcribes them in real time, and delivers a scored evaluation with detailed feedback. The App is intended for personal practice and skill-building only. It is not a professional career counseling service and does not guarantee any specific outcome in actual job interviews.

PERMITTED USE

You are permitted to use MockMaster for your own personal, non-commercial interview preparation. You may use the App on any compatible device that you own or control. You may review and save the AI-generated feedback provided to you. You may use your session history to track and improve your interview performance over time.

ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

When using MockMaster, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms of Use. You agree to provide truthful and lawful input when entering job descriptions or other content into the App. You agree to use the App in good faith for its intended purpose of interview preparation.

You agree not to attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI system to generate inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content. You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality or the infrastructure supporting it. You agree not to attempt to access any part of the App's backend systems, APIs, or servers beyond what is made available through normal use of the App. You agree not to use the App to collect information about other individuals without their consent.

VOICE RECORDING AND CONSENT

MockMaster uses your device microphone during interview sessions to record your spoken answers. By initiating a voice-based interview session within the App, you consent to the recording and transcription of your voice for that session. Your audio is processed to produce a text transcription, which is then submitted to the AI backend for evaluation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to record audio in your current environment and that no local laws restrict your recording activity. You should not use the voice recording feature in environments where recording is prohibited without consent.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

The interview questions, feedback, scores, and tips provided by MockMaster are generated by an AI system. This content is produced automatically based on the inputs you provide and the AI model's training. It may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.

AI-generated feedback should be treated as a general practice tool and not as authoritative professional advice. We make no representations or warranties that the feedback will reflect the standards of any particular employer, hiring process, or industry. You are encouraged to supplement your preparation with additional resources, research, and professional guidance as needed.

SUBSCRIPTION USE

The 3-interview pack purchased for $4.99 grants you access to 3 complete mock interview sessions. Each session is consumed when you initiate the interview question generation process. Unused sessions from this pack remain available until used and do not expire based on time.

The Lifetime Access purchased for $29.99 grants you unlimited mock interview sessions for the lifetime of the App. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of MockMaster as an active application. In the event the App is discontinued, Lifetime Access holders will not be entitled to a refund beyond what may be available through the applicable app store's refund policy.

Purchased sessions and Lifetime Access are tied to the App installation on your device and are not transferable to another device or account unless supported by the app store's restore purchase functionality. You may restore your purchases on a compatible device by using the restore purchases option within the App if applicable.

Sharing purchase access with other users is not permitted.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM RULES

MockMaster is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of service and guidelines of the platform through which you downloaded it. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the applicable platform's terms, the platform's terms will govern with respect to matters within the platform's purview, such as billing and device permissions.

FEEDBACK AND CONTENT YOU SUBMIT

Any job descriptions, role information, or other content you enter into the App are submitted by you voluntarily for the sole purpose of generating interview content. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.

We do not claim ownership over the content you submit. However, by submitting content to the App, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to process that content through our AI backend for the purpose of delivering the App's functionality.

INTERRUPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions. The App's AI functionality depends on an active internet connection and the availability of our third-party backend. Certain features, including local session review and offline practice, may be available without internet access, but AI question generation and result evaluation require connectivity.

We are not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the App or its AI features.

UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE APP

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix issues, or make improvements. Some updates may change or remove existing features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time. If the App is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where possible.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including damages arising from inaccurate AI feedback, failed interview outcomes, data loss, or unauthorized access to your device. Our liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
